is a complete set for long-lasting ceramic sealing of paintwork. The coating coated with CC Evo offers new properties, such as significantly improved water insulation (pearl, water ball), increased chemical resistance, and resistance to harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The coating thus protects against harmful biological influences, such as insect dirt, bird droppings, and tree resin stains. The coating leaves an intense color gloss after professional application.
How to use:
After polishing the paintwork, PREPARE is sprayed very finely onto a microfiber cloth as a basic cleaning agent, and the paintwork is wiped with it and prepared for painting. Then CC Evo is applied in two stages.
In the first sealing stage, BASECOAT Evo is applied thinly to the partial areas using an application sponge. After a short drying time, the excess product is wiped off with an ultra-fine microfiber cloth, and a new part of the surface is then treated.
After a waiting time of one hour, GLOSSCOAT Evo is applied thinly with a new application sponge in the second step. The waiting time should be between a few minutes and 10 minutes. Afterward, the excess product is removed with a microfibre cloth. If the product starts to harden in the sponge on larger vehicles, a new application sponge should be used. The fully treated vehicle should be dry for at least 4 hours and should not get wet during this time. It would be best to leave the vehicle in a room overnight. The first vehicle washing can be done after at least one week.
Despite the protective layer, the covered vehicle is still exposed to environmental influences, such as insect dirt, tar, rust layer, or tree sap, which try to settle on the paint. Also, not all vehicle surfaces are subjected to the same amount of stress, so it makes sense to use care products at certain intervals from the start.
What am I not allowed to do? After painting, the vehicle must not be polished or come into contact with highly alkaline cleaning agents, such as those used for pre-washing in car washes. This leads to rapid deterioration of the ceramic layers.
